Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between SuperSMM (the “System”, “we” or “us”) and any individual or organization that registers for, accesses or uses our services (the “Customer”, “User” or “you”).
By registering an account, adding funds, placing an order or continuing to use the System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Nature of the services
SuperSMM provides automated technical infrastructure to increase engagement on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads and other platforms, for lawful marketing and communication purposes.
Users supply their own links, UIDs and comment content. SuperSMM does not create, edit, moderate or verify that content, nor does it verify ownership of the target account or post.
Acceptance of an order by the System does not constitute any guarantee that the content or its intended use is lawful.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information. You must not use a false name or another person's identity.
- Each person may use only one account and is responsible for all activity carried out through that account.
- Users must be at least 18 years old. SuperSMM does not provide services to anyone under 18. Accounts created using false age information may be permanently suspended without a refund. By accepting these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and one-time passwords secure. You must not share your account or password. If your account is compromised or misused, you must notify SuperSMM immediately.
- SuperSMM does not recruit collaborators or contact customers through private messages. Official information is published only on our website.
3. Content moderation notice
The SuperSMM System automatically reviews content before and during order processing, including:
- Post content associated with Like, Comment or Share services;
- Page, Profile and Group names, and Group content;
- Comments submitted by Users;
- The content of posts being shared.
The moderation system operates at three levels:
- When an order is placed — orders that violate the rules are rejected without charging the User;
- Periodic review of active orders — orders identified as violating the rules may be stopped or canceled;
- Blocklist — accounts or posts that violate the rules may be permanently rejected.
Deliberately bypassing moderation filters through abbreviations, altered spelling, inserted characters, separated letters or similar techniques is considered an intentional violation.
Moderation is a preventive measure and does not guarantee complete detection. Content passing moderation does not mean that the content or its use is lawful.
4. Prohibited content
The following list is illustrative and not exhaustive. If the System detects indications that an order falls into any prohibited category, SuperSMM may reject the order, permanently suspend the account and refuse a refund:
- Politics – National security: All political content is rejected regardless of viewpoint, including propaganda against the State; calls for unlawful demonstrations or riots; reactionary organizations; distortion of history; or defamatory content about leaders.
- Terrorism – Extremist violence: Promoting or inciting terrorism or war; instructions for making bombs or explosives; or inciting ethnic or religious hatred.
- Drugs – Controlled substances: Trading, transporting or promoting illegal drugs, cannabis, ecstasy, LSD or other prohibited addictive substances.
- Weapons – Explosives: Trading or advertising firearms, military weapons, restricted support equipment or illegal explosives.
- Illegal gambling – Predatory lending: Sports betting, illegal lotteries, online casinos, dice gambling, real-money card games, predatory lending, illegal lending applications, or artificial engagement intended to lend credibility to gambling-related groups.
- Pornography – Prostitution: Adult content, sexually explicit videos or materials, escort services, arranging prostitution, and especially any sexual content involving minors.
- Fraud – Illegal financial activity: Fraud, misappropriation of property, fraudulent deposit or online-work schemes, creating false credibility for deposit scams, or money laundering.
- Forged documents: Forging, producing or trading diplomas, certificates, citizen or identity cards, seals or official documents.
- Prohibited goods – Smuggling: Smuggled tobacco, illegal fireworks, wildlife and other goods prohibited from circulation.
- Copyright infringement – Malicious software: Pirated films or software, spam, viruses, malware, phishing links, impersonation websites or fraudulent websites.
- Harmful content – Impersonation: Insults, defamation, attacks against individuals or organizations, spreading misinformation, or impersonating SuperSMM, government agencies, brands or public figures.
- Hotels – Travel: SuperSMM does not accept orders related to hotels, villas, homestays, resorts, tours, airline tickets, accommodation bookings or holiday packages. Accounts that intentionally place orders in these categories may be permanently suspended.
- Other prohibited conduct: Using services for accounts or posts that you do not own or are not authorized to manage; attacking, scanning, probing or exploiting the System; or using automated tools beyond permitted limits.
Users who intentionally place orders involving prohibited content bear full legal responsibility for their actions. SuperSMM may provide relevant information to competent authorities upon receipt of a lawful request.
5. Mandatory User representations for every order
For each order, the User represents and warrants that:
- Rights to the target: You lawfully own the target account or post, or have valid authorization from its owner.
- Third-party personal data: You have obtained lawful consent from the relevant data subject and are responsible for establishing a legal basis for processing that data.
- Content: The content does not fall into any prohibited category when the order is placed or at any time during fulfillment.
- Source of funds: The funds come from lawful sources, are not proceeds of crime and are not being used for money laundering.
- Purpose: The services are used for lawful marketing or communication purposes, not for fraud or deception.
Each time you place an order, you reaffirm all of these representations. False representations may be treated as providing fraudulent or misleading information.
6. Enforcement
SuperSMM may, at its sole discretion and with immediate effect, reject, pause or cancel orders; temporarily or permanently suspend accounts; freeze or confiscate balances; retain evidence including logs, moderation results, IP addresses, device information and transaction history; provide information to competent authorities; and permanently block offending Users from further service.
Suspected unlawful funds: SuperSMM may freeze all related balances, preserve the funds without using them or recognizing them as available balance, and return them to their source or transfer them to competent authorities pursuant to a legally effective decision.
Content violations, fraud, abuse or attacks against the System: SuperSMM may confiscate the remaining balance without a refund.
7. Indemnification
Users must indemnify SuperSMM for losses arising from a breach of these Terms or applicable law, including administrative penalties, compensation to third parties or victims, legal and litigation costs, losses caused by business interruption or frozen bank accounts, and reputational damage.
SuperSMM may deduct those amounts from the User's balance, bring legal proceedings or request action by competent authorities.
This indemnification obligation survives account suspension or termination.
8. Technical requirements for orders
- Target accounts and posts must remain public throughout order fulfillment.
- Users must not change their username, make their account private, delete or hide posts while an order is running, or place overlapping orders for the same target at the same time.
- Links and UIDs must be accurate and correctly formatted. Orders that have already been processed cannot be edited.
- Delivered quantities may vary within the tolerances specified for each service package. SuperSMM does not guarantee completion times; speed depends on the platform and provider at the relevant time. An active order is not considered faulty solely because processing is slow.
- Service prices may change as announced on the website. Existing orders retain the price applicable when they were placed. SuperSMM may pause, reject or place a service package under maintenance without prior notice.
9. Adding funds & account balance
- Your account balance is prepaid service credit. It is not a bank deposit, electronic money or an interest-bearing investment, and cannot be withdrawn or converted back into cash.
- Users must enter the correct transfer reference or code and transfer funds only to the receiving account displayed by the System. Funds must come from a bank account in the User's name that matches the account-holder information declared to SuperSMM. Third-party transfers or funding multiple SuperSMM accounts may be treated as suspicious activity.
- Transfers with an incorrect reference or receiving account may not be credited automatically and may require manual reconciliation. SuperSMM may charge processing fees as published on the website.
- Withdrawals are not supported except if the System ceases operation or a competent authority requires them. These exceptions do not apply to frozen balances.
10. Refunds, cancellations & refill coverage
- Refunds are issued only as System balance or service credit, not to a bank account or the original payment method.
- Refunds may be available when a System technical error occurs or a provider discontinues a service; an order is only partially completed (the undelivered portion may be refunded); or an order is canceled for reasons not attributable to the User.
- No refund is provided when a User submits the wrong link, UID, quantity or service; the target account becomes private, suspended or deleted, or changes username during processing; an active order is considered slow; an order is rejected or canceled for a violation; or the underlying platform removes, hides or reduces engagement outside the applicable refill period.
- Cancellations: Users may request cancellation before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is possible only if technically feasible, and completed work is not refundable. Cancellation fees may apply as announced on the website.
- Refill coverage: Refill protection for engagement drops is subject to the specific conditions shown for each service package when the order is placed. Services without a stated coverage period do not include refill coverage. Claims must be submitted within the applicable period with the order ID and supporting evidence. If a refill cannot be completed, an eligible amount may be refunded to the System balance.
11. Lawful funds & anti-money laundering
SuperSMM does not accept funds from unlawful sources.
Indicators of suspicious activity may include:
- One account receiving funds from multiple unrelated bank accounts;
- Large deposits followed by rapid spending;
- Inconsistent sender information;
- Complaints or reports from banks, victims or competent authorities;
- Using multiple accounts to distribute funds;
- Refusing to provide verification information when requested.
If suspicious activity is detected, SuperSMM may immediately freeze related balances and pause orders; require the User to provide evidence of the source of funds within 7 days; report to authorities where sufficient grounds exist; and retain relevant transaction logs.
These measures are intended to comply with legal obligations and do not create an obligation for SuperSMM to compensate the User.
12. Personal data protection
- Data processed: Email addresses, phone numbers, login information, balances, transaction and order history, IP addresses, device information, and links or UIDs submitted by Users.
- Purposes: Providing services, authentication, fraud prevention, content moderation and compliance with legal obligations to government authorities.
- User rights: Users have rights to be informed, access, correct and request deletion of personal data, and to withdraw consent under the Law on Personal Data Protection by submitting a request through the official support channel on the website.
- When submitting another person's link or UID, the User acts as the Data Controller and SuperSMM acts as the Data Processor under the User's instructions. The User is responsible for establishing a lawful basis for processing that data.
- SuperSMM does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared only with technical providers to the minimum extent necessary to deliver services, or in response to a lawful request from competent authorities. Logs may be retained for legally required periods, including after a User stops using the services.
13. Cooperation with competent authorities
SuperSMM proactively detects, prevents and removes violating information; suspends or removes violating content within 24 hours and provides User information within 24 hours, or within 3 hours in emergencies, after receiving a lawful request from specialized cybersecurity forces or other competent authorities.
SuperSMM may retain System logs for verification and investigations.
These measures are taken under applicable legal obligations and do not require separate consent from the User.
14. User responsibilities & limitations of SuperSMM liability
Users bear full criminal, administrative and civil responsibility under applicable law for their content, target accounts or posts, intended use of services and related tax obligations.
SuperSMM is not responsible for:
- User accounts being restricted or suspended by the underlying platform;
- Content posted by Users or third parties;
- Indirect, consequential or incidental losses, or lost profits.
Services are provided “as is”, without guarantees of speed, completion rates or uninterrupted stability. For direct losses caused by SuperSMM, maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, particularly mandatory consumer protection rights.
15. Complaints
- Complaints should be submitted through the official support channel on the website, with the relevant order ID, the time of the incident and supporting evidence.
- Users should submit complaints within 7 days of the relevant event.
- SuperSMM will respond within 7 working days after receiving complete information.
- Submitting a complaint does not limit the User's right to complain to a competent regulator or bring legal proceedings.
16. Intellectual property
- The trademarks, domain names, logos, interface, source code, databases and website content belong to SuperSMM.
- Users must not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use the SuperSMM brand for advertising or in a confusing manner without prior written permission.
- Users grant SuperSMM the right to use order-related data, including links, UIDs and content, to the extent reasonably necessary to provide services and comply with the law.
17. Termination of use
- Users may stop using the services at any time. Remaining balances may continue to be used for 30 days after an account closure request is submitted and cannot be converted into cash.
- If SuperSMM terminates an account for a violation, the remaining balance will be handled under Section 6, including freezing or confiscation where applicable.
- Indemnification obligations, log-retention requirements and provisions that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply after termination.
18. Force majeure
SuperSMM is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, changes to social platforms' policies, algorithms or technical measures, or government requirements and decisions.
19. Amendments & effective terms
SuperSMM may amend these Terms to reflect changes in law or operational requirements. New versions will include a version number and effective or updated date and will be published on the website. Users must reconfirm acceptance of an updated version before continuing to use the System. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Each order is governed by the version in effect when it was placed.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Where these Terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection law or admit multiple reasonable interpretations, the provision or interpretation more favorable to the User applies where required by law.
These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, either party may request mediation, complain to a competent consumer protection authority or bring proceedings before a competent court.
20. Legal basis
These Terms were prepared with reference to applicable Vietnamese legislation, including the Law on Cybersecurity; the Law on Personal Data Protection; the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights; the Law on Prevention and Combat of Money Laundering; the Criminal Code; the Civil Code; and regulations concerning e-commerce, Internet services and administrative penalties for personal data protection violations.
Users remain responsible under Vietnamese law for the content they submit and the purposes for which they use the services.
